Return Policy

  1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN AND INITIATE REFUND on issues like we received different color than picture as studio grade pictures are subjected with slight difference. 

  2. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN AND INITIATE REFUND if you ordered the size of your choice and recieved the same and yet you feel like it is just not fitting well, as Our size chart is finely descriptive and we also mention which size we should prefer as a size-guide in our product description. 


  3. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN AND INITIATE REFUND on the issues like you did not like the fabric; as the fabric details are written in product description fairly. 

  4.  We have a 5-day Exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a Exchange in case you recieved a wrong product.
  5. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and video of unpackaging.
  6. In case of any doubts regarding material, size, customizations, delivery etc, you can approach us with your abundant questions over whatsApp, we try to simplify the process by answering all of them personally to clear and to provide hassle free experience and eradicating doubts for exchange.
  7. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the right product shortly after recieving.

  9. We will not exchange/return any item that we were not notified about.
